Friday is the Holy Day for our Muslim brothers and sisters!
Saturday is the Holy Day for our Jewish bretheren!
Sunday is the Holy Day for Christians!
Many Christians mark their Holy Day with a celebration of the Eucharist. It is a special liturgy that offers great spiritual nourishment to the faithful which centers around the Word of God as well as the precious gift that Jesus left to His followers at the Last Supper, namely, His Body and Blood in the simple form of bread and wine!

We now LISTEN attentively to what God has to say to us this day in the WORD!

On the Feast of Corpus Christi, we celebrate one of the most beautiful truths of our faith: God does not leave us to make the journey alone. In the Eucharist, Christ gives us himself. Not as a reward for the perfect, but as nourishment for the hungry. Not because we have earned it, but because we need it.
The Body and Blood of Christ strengthen us when we are weary, comfort us when we are grieving, lift us when we have fallen, and remind us that we are never forgotten. The Eucharist is food for the journey, medicine for the soul, and a living sign that God’s love continues to meet us right where we are.
But the Eucharist is more than something we receive. It is also a call to become what we receive. As we are nourished by the Body of Christ, we are sent into the world to be the Body of Christ for others: to offer compassion where there is suffering, hope where there is despair, welcome where there is exclusion, and love where there is loneliness.
The real miracle of the Eucharist is not only that Christ comes to us in bread and wine, but that through this sacred gift, Christ transforms us into his presence in the world. The Eucharist does not end at the altar. It begins there. The table is not the finish line; it is the starting point. We are fed so that we can become nourishment for others, carrying Christ’s love, mercy, and compassion into a hungry and hurting world.
Peace and Blessings,
Brother Jeremiah
