Before going to sleep tonight, think of at least 3 amazing things that happened to you today.
Give THANKS for those blessings!
At every moment of every day make it your aim to express your gratitude to life and to others for all things big or small...good and not-so-good! The good is a blessing and the not-so-good is an opportunity for a lesson and growth!
